Increasing Local Food Access with Sliding Scale CSA Pricing
Sliding scale share pricing is one way we can make our CSA accessible to our neighbors with fewer resources, which in turn allows us to share our values of land stewardship and fresh, local food with a wider community.
Consider paying more on the scale if:
You own more than one home, you don't have significant debt or medical expenses, you have inherited money/property/other assets from family members, you own the home you live in, you have access to family money and resources in times of need, your household earns over $119,000 (the 2023 Suffolk County median household income)
Consider paying less on the scale if:
You are supporting children or other dependents, have significant debt or medical expenses not covered by insurance, have education or tuition expenses, receive public assistance, or are living on a fixed income.

Family Shares
These shares are for those with two people or more living under one roof (yes, this rule applies even if others in your household don’t like vegetables). This share goes from early June through Halloween, with picking days twice a week, including unlimited flowers!
Single Shares
For single person households only. This share goes from early June through Halloween, with picking days twice a week, including unlimited flowers!
Box Shares
This share goes from early July through Halloween. Box Shares contain 8-14 items and are enough food for 3-4 people per week. The quantity is roughly comparable to a day’s harvest for a family. These boxes can be picked up once a week at Bridge Gardens (on Saturdays, 8:30-11:00 a.m. in Bridgehampton) or at the farm shop (on Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. in Amagansett).
Adding Flowers is for BOX SHARES ONLY.
Not for Family, Single, or Winter Shares.
