Sagaponack Land Fund

The Peconic Land Trust, with the support of the Village of Sagaponack Trustees, has an opportunity for you to participate in protecting some of the remaining open land in Sagaponack from development. The Sagaponack Land Fund's focus is to protect working farms, natural fields, wetlands and historical sites within the Village of Sagaponack.

Given the extraordinary land values on the South Fork, private funds are often necessary to supplement public funds in order to purchase land and conservation easements from willing sellers. Such public/private partnerships are increasingly essential to land protection on the South Fork. Your support will enable us to be poised to respond to a land conservation opportunity!
